depending to whom i say it to i guess... if it's love ones, i find the word i'm sorry the hardest...
My ex-boss used to say, "I'm very sorry" to me all the time. Bah!
interesting debate...
i think i'll try a blog-survey on that one ;)
for me...it's living it out, or meaning it that is most difficult. Sometimes, they just amount to mere words...
